<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to heat and cook quite deliciously food kept in a package using a microwave oven. <P>SOLUTION: This food bag for microwave oven cooking comprises two bag main parts A, A consists of a laminate of a sheet-like outer material 1 having no air permeability, a resin film 2 under the material 1, and a heat sealable inner material 3 having air permeability under the film 2. The area where the resin film 2 and the material 3 superimpose has a plurality of independent plane-shaped heat fusing parts 4 and a plurality of cross-shaped channel parts 5.
