PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic substance-including particle that has uniform magnetic properties, has improved dispersion stability, and has narrow particle diameter distribution, and to provide a particle for immunological measurement using the magnetic substance-including particle. SOLUTION: The magnetic substance-including particle contains a magnetic body having an average particle diameter of 1-30 nm inside the particle made of an organic macromolecular substance in dispersion while a linker having a functional group capable of covalent bond to an antigen or an antibody on a particle surface is combined.
