PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection rejection service provision method and a connection rejection server, a connection rejection service provision system, and a processing program for ensuring connection rejection at a carrier level on the basis of connection rejection information notified from a connection rejection service subscriber in advance. SOLUTION: The connection rejection service provision system includes: an IP network N<SB>1</SB>where one or more communication service servers 11, 12, 13, 14 for providing an optional communication service employing the Internet protocol are arranged; one or more access line networks N<SB>A</SB>connected to the IP network N<SB>1</SB>; a connection rejection server 21 arranged on the access line networks N<SB>A</SB>; sender side information communication terminals 3a, 3b, 3c arranged in an optional area on the IP network N<SB>1</SB>utilizing the communication service; and receiver side information communication terminals 4a, 4b, 4c for receiving incoming calls from the sender side information communication terminals 3a, 3b, 3c via the connection rejection server 21.
