PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plane magnetic device provided with such a plane coil that is stable without a short circuit between coils. SOLUTION: A width between a coil terminal of the plane coil and a coil thereof closest to the coil terminal is made larger than that among the coils of the plane coil. In addition, assuming that a coil terminal width of the plane coil is Wp, a width among the coils is Ws, and a coil width is Wc; it is preferable that the width between the coil terminal of the plane coil and the coil thereof closest to the coil terminal is a value or more that is obtained by a formula of Wp×Ws/Wc.
