PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exposed fitting cover which does not require design change of a ceiling embedded type apparatus. SOLUTION: The exposed fitting cover 1 is provided with a cover main body 2 formed in a bottomed cylindrical shape. A pair of clipping parts 3 which protrude inward are provided at the axial symmetric position on the inner circumferential face of the cover main body 2. When a tightening screw 32 is rotated in a state that a case main body 21 is contacted to the lower side of the cover main body 2, a clipping member 33 which has come out of a tightening cut-out 31a moves downward and contacts the upper side of the clipping part 3 and, by clipping the clipping part 3 by the case main body 21 and the clipping member 33, the case 20 can be fixed to the exposed fitting cover 1. Thereby, a component or the like for exposed wiring is not required to be added to a hot-wire automatic switch A of ceiling embedded type, and design change of the hot-wire automatic switch A becomes unnecessary.
