PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed and high-accuracy ultrasonic inspection apparatus. SOLUTION: The ultrasonic inspection apparatus is provided with an ultrasonic transducer, comprising a matrix piezoelectric oscillator, a drive element selecting section, a signal-detecting circuit, a signal processing section for implementing an image compositing processing, and a display for displaying a result of the image compositing processing of three-dimensional imaging data. Images of a surface profile and an internal state of an inspected object are combined, by selecting the inspected imaging data from table data for storing a one-way ultrasonic travel time of a traveling ultrasonic wave to each three-dimensional imaging mesh, based on round-trip ultrasonic travel time data.
