PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-isolating device which causes lower cost, higher durability and higher base-isolating performance than built-up rubber base-isolators. SOLUTION: The base-isolating device comprises base-isolating slide bearings which include slide bearings; restoring devices which include gravity restoration, springs, or others; drawing-prevention devices which prevent drawing force due to an earthquake or the wind; and fixed pin devices which prevent shaking with the wind.
