PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of controlling a flow rate by reducing the pressure of a lubricating oil with a simple structure. SOLUTION: This scroll compressor comprises a housing 132, a lubricating oil storage part 151 formed in the atmosphere of a high-pressure gas compressed by a scroll compressing mechanism 134 in the housing, an oil reserving part for the lubricating oil supplied from the reserving part formed in the rear pressure chamber 165 of the scroll compressing mechanism, and a flow regulating mechanism 200 connecting the oil reserving part to the suction chamber SUC of the scroll compressing mechanism in which a pressure is lower than that in the oil reserving part and regulating the flow rate of the lubricating oil flowing from the oil reserving part to the suction chamber. The flow regulating mechanism comprises a flow passage 200c formed in a seal member 160 sealing the oil reserving part. The flow passage is formed to be extended in the circumferential direction of the seal member.
