PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a tilt hinge mechanism of a thin display device to be disassembled into parts to recycle the parts for each material. SOLUTION: The thin display device is provided with the tilt hinge mechanism comprising; a knuckle main body 6 which is supported on an upper end of a stand and is made of resin; a pair of metallic hinge pins 3 and 4 protruding to both sides of the knuckle main body 6; and a pair of metallic brackets 1 and 2 which have pin holes to be freely turnably fitted to hinge pins 3 and 4, formed in upper end side surfaces and have base end parts attached to a main body part side having a display screen. Base end parts of hinge pins 3 and 4 are integrally attached to the outside of an intermediate part of sheet metal fittings 3a and 4a having a channel-shaped section, and sheet metal fittings 3a and 4a are held in side ends of the knuckle main body 6 from front and rear and are removably fixed to the knuckle main body 6 by screwing from front and rear.
