PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized shutter device which causes no slide friction between first and second blades by forming a gap of specified size between the two blades. SOLUTION: A shutter device 1 according to the present invention includes a base member 6 having an opening 6a with a predetermined diameter formed and first and second blades 12 and 13, which are placed on the blade support surface 11 of the base member 6 and can open and close the opening part 6a, wherein the first blade 12 can open and close the opening part 6a by turning on the blade support surface 11, and the second blade 13 is arranged above the first blade 12 with a predetermined gap of specified size and can open and close the opening part 6a.
