PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent fraudulent accounting operations such as the tax evasion of a game hall side by improving the safety of information transmitted by a game medium lending machine through a communication network and preventing the fraudulent alteration of the information. SOLUTION: An external management server 1 generates a cipher key Pm and periodically transmits it to a ball lending machine 100. The ball lending machine 100 ciphers sales information by using the cipher key Pm updated by the external management server 1 and transmits it to the external management server 1. Thus, the fraudulent deciphering or alteration of the sales information of the ball lending machine 100 becomes difficult.
