<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head lamp to suppress a heat or the like generated from a light emitting diode from affecting on an element mounted on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: In a cabinet 3 of the head lamp, a substrate part 7 in which the light emitting diode 13 to become a light source is mounted, and a battery case 9 to house a battery 11 to supply necessary electric power to the light emitting diode are installed. The substrate part 7 on which the light emitting diode 13 is mounted is arranged and installed separated with a distance from a barrier rib 10 of a forward side of the battery case 9, and a gap 8 is installed between the substrate part 7 and the barrier rib 10. The upper part ventilation port 20a and the lower part ventilation port 20b are provided in the barrier rib 10 of the battery case 9 as the ventilation port 20 to carry out circulation of air by communicating the gap 8 between the substrate part 7 and the barrier rib 10 with a space in the battery case 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
