<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording sheet which can ensure the stable availability of whiteness in the blank part and shows the mitigated degree of influence to the blank part of an ink absorbing layer by the color tone of a pedestal on which the recording sheet is placed. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording sheet has a porous ink absorbing layer, formed on at least one surface of a reflective support, which is colored with a black coloring agent and a non-black coloring agent. In addition, the surface whiteness of the ink absorbing layer is toned so that a* is -2 to 2; b* is -3 to 5; and L* is 87 to 93 when the surface whiteness is measured by the method mentioned in JIS-Z-8722 and represented by the method prescribed by JIS-Z-8730. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
