METHOD AND PROGRAM FOR WORKING OUT MAINTENANCE PLAN OF PLANT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To work out a maintenance plan of a plant only by a qualitative evaluation result.

SOLUTION: Qualitative evaluation information concerned with the remaining life of an apparatus installed in the plant and the degree of influence of an accident is acquired (step S101). The average value and standard deviation of remaining life of the apparatus are estimated on the basis of information correlated with the remaining life of the apparatus and the degree of influence of the accident is estimated on the basis of information correlated with the degree of influence of the accident (step S102). Then the probability of accumulated damage for the operation time of the apparatus is calculated from the found average value and standard deviation of the remaining time. Then a risk amount for the operation time of the apparatus is found out by multiplying the degree of influence of the accident by the probability of accumulated damage (step S104). Then a maintenance plan of the apparatus is worked out so that the sum of the risk amount and the maintenance cost of the apparatus is minimized at the disposal of the apparatus (step S105).
