<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insurance business system preventing leakage of customer information of an insurance agent to another insurance agent within the same insurance agent association configured of a plurality of insurance agents. <P>SOLUTION: A staff in an association head office registers information on the insurance company side in an insurance business management server through an association head office terminal. Each of agent terminals registers the customer information of each of the agents to the insurance business management server. The association head office side sets an access right to the insurance business management server hierarchically on respective association branch sides and the respective insurance agent sides. Each of the agent sides can acquire only the information about a customer dealt by the own agent from the insurance business management server. Each of the association branch sides can acquire information about a customer dealt by the insurance agent under the management of the own branch from the insurance business management server. In this way, the insurance agent inside the insurance agent association can prevent leakage of the information about the customer dealt by the own agent to another insurance agent belonging to the same association. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
