<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect angular velocity by means of vibration-type gyro sensor, while enabling creation of time information. <P>SOLUTION: A clock signal CK for clocking is generated by generating a driving signal S1 for driving a tuning fork piezoelectric vibration reed 1, on the basis of an excitation signal S0 generated by an oscillation circuit 3, obtaining an angular velocity signal on the basis of a detection signal S2 generated at a detecting electrode 1c of the vibration reed 1, and moreover inputting to a divider 7 the excitation signal S0 generated in the oscillation circuit 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
