<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock device for sufficiently utilizing a feature that the two cases of stack type portable terminal equipment are connected so as to be horizontally rotatable, concerning relation with a charger. <P>SOLUTION: The clock device includes: the stack type portable terminal equipment 20 where the first and second cases 24, 28 are connected so as to be horizontally rotatable; and the charger 30 for charging the stack type portable terminal equipment 20. The charger comprises: a connection axis 38 to be freely removably connected to the stack type portable terminal equipment; and two power feeding terminals 50a, 50b. The stack type portable terminal equipment comprises: a first rotary mechanism to be connected to the connection axis on a rotary axial line so as to rotate the second case relative to the charger; the second rotary mechanism for rotating the first case with respect to the second case; and two ring shape terminals 52a, 52b.
