PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique effectively adjusting putout balls per hour while retaining a lottery probability of a special game. SOLUTION: A special symbol pattern determination part 73, when a start winning is produced, reads ball putout information indicating the ball putout state from a ball putout information storage part 102 to grasp the ball putout state. A selection criterion determination part 104 determines whether the ball putout state exceeds a predetermined criterion or not and, when it is within the predetermined criterion, selects a regular selection criterion. The selection criterion determination part 104, when the ball putout state exceeds the predetermined criterion, selects a selection criterion provided for adjusting the putout balls, being more often selected than usual and having a display pattern set with a long display time. The special symbol pattern determination part 73 determines the display pattern according to a display pattern selection probability of the selected selection criterion stored in the display pattern storage part 106.
