<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously crush and dissolve styrene foam. <P>SOLUTION: In this apparatus, styrene foam is crushed at the upper part of a dissolving tank and crushed styrene foam drops by own weight to be dissolved. A rotary shaft with a lot of crushing sawtooth shaped blades radially mounted thereon is mounted on one upper side of the tank.
