PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion introduction tool which can be safely used without pains by controlling a pulse used at the time of driving the ion introduction tool.

SOLUTION: The ion introduction tool can be comfortably used as the voltage level of the pulse is slowly raised to reach a coherent voltage to prevent a living body from feeling electricity without quickly reaching a coherent voltage where the living body feels electricity because a pulse output section 12 sufficiently gives the raising time of the pulse at the time of generating the pulse.
