PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle power device capable of arbitrarily transmitting two kinds of driving forces of an engine and a motor mechanism to driving wheel of a vehicle, reducing the manufacturing cost by a simple configuration, and installed on the vehicle without any large space. SOLUTION: An engine is connected to a rear wheel 5b via a rear differential 11 and a drive differential 12, and the drive shaft 12 comprises an outer shaft 24 connected to the rear differential 11 side and an inner shaft 25 connected to the rear wheel 5b side. A motor generator 43 is built in between the shafts 24 and 25, and the driving force of the engine and the driving force of the motor generator 43 are arbitrarily transmitted to the rear wheel 5b.
