PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an optical multiplexing/demultiplexing loss and a coupling loss with an optical waveguide means, to miniaturize apparatus and to reduce a manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Four optical waveguides 6, 7, 8 and 9 of a first optical waveguide element 5 and four optical waveguides 16, 17, 18 and 19 of a second optical waveguide element 15 are optically connected at the other end face 5b of the first optical waveguide element 5 and an end face 15a of the second optical waveguide element 15 via four bandpass filters 11, 12, 13 and 14. A reflection film 20 which reflects the light guided through adjacent three optical waveguides 16, 17 and 18 is provided on the other end face 15b of the second optical waveguide element 15. Three optical waveguides 16, 17 and 18 are so provided in the second optical waveguide element 15 to cross with the adjacent optical waveguides 17, 18 and 19 on the end face 15a after turning back at the reflection film 20 of the other end face 15b, an optical waveguide 19 remaining on the other end end face 15b is optically connected to an output side optical fiber 21.
