PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underfloor heating system with a humidity control function not requiring installation of a humidifier in a room, and not using water or electricity. SOLUTION: The underfloor heating system is characterized by that it comprises charcoal grains laid on earthen floor concrete 2 under a floor subjected to foundation heat insulation in a highly airtight and highly heat insulated building A, a radiator 6 installed in an underfloor space B, and a draft hole 7 for exhaust provided on a floor face, and a draft hole 7A for suction. By using a temperature difference, air heated by the radiator 6 is sent into an indoor space C from the draft hole 7 for exhaust, and indoor air is sent into the underfloor space B from the draft hole 7A for suction to carry out circulation.
