PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated body which has extremely excellent heat resistance, optical characteristics and mechanical strength, and is suitably used as a transparent substrate for a plane display, and the laminated body obtained by the method for manufacturing this laminated body. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the laminated body has a process wherein a ring opening polymer film which comprises a specified cyclic olefin ring opening polymer and is molded by a melt extrusion process, and either one film of an addition polymer film and a crosslinked film are laminated in this order on at least one face of an addition polymer film comprising a specified cyclic olefin addition polymer, or a crosslinked body film comprising a crosslinked body of a specified cyclic olefin addition polymer .
