PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic time switch device capable of accurately detecting abnormalities such as breakage, shortage and leakage in a load device corresponding to the number of the connected load devices. SOLUTION: This electronic time switch device 1 includes a relay 3 disposed at a power feed line 2 for connecting a power source A with the plurality of load devices B1, B2, B3, a current detector 4, a control unit 5, an input 6, a display unit 7, and a memory 8. The control unit 5 has an abnormal current value setting device 10 which calculates abnormal current value based on the number of load devices inputted by the input 6 to be memorized in the memory 8, an abnormal current value comparison device 11 which compares the set abnormal current value with the load current value detected by the current detector, and an abnormality annunciator 12 which annunciates abnormality when the load current value is larger or smaller than the set abnormal current value.
