PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for estimating quality of audio video communication services for obtaining an overall quality evaluation scale for a communication service using audio and video media. SOLUTION: The method includes the steps of: receiving an audio quality evaluation value representing bodily sensation of audio by a communication party, a video quality evaluation value representing bodily sensation of video by the communication party, and a response quality evaluation value representing bodily sensation of a response delay of audio and video by the communication party; and summating a value resulting from weighting the audio quality evaluation value, the video quality evaluation value, and the response quality evaluation value to a weighted product of two or three of the audio quality evaluation value, the video quality evaluation value, and the response quality evaluation value and estimating the overall quality with respect to the audio video communication service on the basis of the summed value, and the method estimates the overall quality of the audio video communication service by evaluating the interaction of the audio quality and the video quality.
