PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small and inexpensive pulse generating circuit for use in a pulse wireless communication apparatus principally employing a microwave or a millmetric wave in which stabilized pulse generation characteristics are ensured and excellent mass productivity is exhibited. SOLUTION: An analog waveform signal from an analog waveform generating circuit 101 is distributed through a distribution circuit 103 to waveform conversion circuits 104a and 104b. The analog waveform signal is converted through the waveform conversion circuits 104a and 104b into power supply signals of oscillation circuits 105a and 105b before being fed thereto. An output waveform forming circuit 106 performs simple composition of oscillation outputs and takes arithmetic means thereof. With such an arrangement, variation in oscillation frequency due to individual difference of oscillation circuits, time elapse or temperature variation can be reduced, and a pulse generating circuit capable of generating a pulse having an arbitrary width stably through a simple arrangement can be realized.
