PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance security while maintaining the convenience of an apparatus. SOLUTION: An XML extraction part 31 extracts an ETP-transferred XML document stored in a memory 22. A syntax analysis part 32 performs a syntax analysis based on the specification of an FTP server 1 of the XML document, decides whether or not it is abusive with respect to the equipment restriction of the FTP server 1, and extracts only the correct portion. A data conversion part 33 converts the XML document into internal data (structural body). An XML initializer 24 converts the internal data(structural body) into the data of the original XML document format. The FTP server 1 records the XML document in an optical disk 4.
