PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a connector plug using an optical fiber ferrule in which an optical characteristic is made stable and no problem exists for external appearance. SOLUTION: The connector plug is a cylindrical body having a through-hole to store an optical fiber along the shaft direction and is provided with a through-hole prior to joining and fixing the optical fiber, an optical fiber ferrule in which a radius of curvature R1 of a connecting section to a tip surface is set within a range of 0.0005 mm≤R1≤0.02 mm and a flange which is fixed to the back tip section of the optical fiber ferrule.
