QUANTITATIVE METHOD OF LIPOCALIN-TYPE PROSTAGLANDIN D SYNTHETIC ENZYME AND REAGENT FOR QUANTIFICATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of a sample quality, especially lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthetic enzyme hardly influenced by pH. SOLUTION: In this method, the lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthetic enzyme in the sample is brought into contact with an anti-lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthetic enzyme antibody, and the lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthetic enzyme is quantitated based on a result of a generated antigen-antibody reaction. The quantitative method has a characteristic wherein the antibody has such a property that a measurement fluctuation rate of the result of the antigen-antibody reaction is within±10%, which is generated between the case where the lipocalin-type prostaglandin D synthetic enzyme in the sample having pH over 4.0 and below 6.0 is reacted within three hours after being collected and the case where the enzyme is reacted after being preserved for three days at 4-25°C after being collected.
