发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR KNOTTED CONCRETE PILE (HIGH FRICTIONAL FORCE CONCRETE PILE)
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and inexpensively manufacture a knotted concrete pile (high frictional force concrete pile) having a large-diameter end plate integrated thereon and capable of being joined with another end plate by using a bolt or the like. SOLUTION: The high frictional force concrete pile having an extended-diameter end plate 2a having a diameter larger than that of a shaft part is manufactured by using an openable/closable circular cylindrical form 21 provided with a plurality of knot-forming sections 23 with a specified interval between them in the axial direction of the form. The extended-diameter end plate 2a on the one end is secured on one end of a bottom form of the circular cylindrical form 23, the end plate 2a on the other end is set in one of the knot-forming sections 23 and an end section of a main reinforcing bar 11a constituting a cage is fixed between the two end plates 2a. Then, concrete is filled, a top form of the circular cylindrical form 23 is put on, the end plate 2a set in the knot-forming section 23 is tensioned through a tension plate 12 and a tension rod 13, and the pile is centrifugally cast with introducing a tension in the main reinforcement bar 11a. After being cured, the pile is removed from the form. Thus, a prestress is introduced in the high frictional force concrete pile having the extended-diameter end plate 2a.
