PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active-energy-ray-curable resin composition, especially an active-energy-ray-curable adhesive composition, in which the compatibility between an acrylic resin and a polymerizable oligomer is good, which exhibits excellent stickiness at the time of conjoining and can temporarily adhere to an adherend, and which, after the irradiation of an active energy ray, shows excellent adhesiveness and strongly adheres to the adherend. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition consists of an acrylic resin (A) containing an ethylenic unsaturated group, a polyol (B1) containing at least one of (meth)acrylic polyols (b), a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer (B) formed by reacting a polyisocyanate (B2) and a hydroxyl group-containing (meth)acrylate (B3), a photopolymerization initiator (C), and a crosslinker (D).
