PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration isolating rubber composition capable of providing a rubber of a low dynamic-to-static modulus ratio with high vibration-proofing capability. SOLUTION: The vibration isolating rubber composition comprises (A) as an essential ingredient and (B), wherein (A) is a diene rubber and (B) is a zinc carboxylate represented by general formula (1).
