PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a herbicide exhibiting remarkable controlling effect on weeds resistant to sulfonylurea herbicides in a paddy field and enabling the decrease in the number of active components in a mixed agent. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a compound or its salt of the formula, and the herbicide exhibiting remarkable controlling effect on weeds resistant to sulfonylurea herbicides, and to the weed controlling method for the weeds resistant to the sulfonylurea herbicides.
