PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of center-folding a bundle of sheets that are bound at a center, in which swelling of the bundle of sheets can be restricted without deteriorating productivity of post-processing. SOLUTION: In this device, a bundle of sheets S as sheets Si discharged from an image forming device A and stacked is bound at a center, and the bundle of sheets S is two-folded by a center folding plate member 81 to be discharged. It is provided with a first pair of folding rollers 82 having a holding direction that is perpendicular to a sheet carrying direction from the image forming device A, and a second pair of folding rollers 83 disposed to be fixed on the downstream side of the first pair of folding rollers 82 having a holding direction that is parallel to the sheet carrying direction. A primary folding line S is formed in the bundle of sheets by the first pair of folding rollers 82, and it is carried to a holding position of the second pair of folding rollers, where a folding line Sc that is tighter is formed under pressure.
