PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide finger pressure cooling/warming indoor footwear which is usually used to extend the ankle and the calf to reduce stumbles and simultaneously finger-press the arch of the foot to support a healthy body and make daily life comfortable. SOLUTION: A front part of this indoor footwear is made height-adjustable and a pocket is attached the inside of the indoor footwear. Cool/warm water is filled in the bag for comfortableness.
