Method for taking an analysis sample, especially of respiratory air, whereby the exhaled air is fed directly over or through a sensor. The sensor is cooled. The sensor can be placed in the nose or mouth and the examined analytes are enriched during the checking process. The method can be used, with an appropriately positioned probe, to examine a blood or urine flow.
