COMMUNICATION DEVICE, PORTABLE TERMINAL, SHORT-DISTANCE WIRELESS COMMUNICATION DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short-distance wireless communication device and a program, allowing a management side of a sightseeing spot such as an art museum to promote sale of a high-value ticket, and prompting a user to rightly pay an admission fee so as to obtain precious information.

SOLUTION: This communication device has a portable terminal, and the short-distance wireless communication device connected to the portable terminal. The portable terminal outputs information received from the short-distance wireless communication device. The short-distance wireless communication device has: an information storage part storing ticket information; an information reception part receiving information by a short-distance wireless communication means; a decision part deciding whether or not outputting the information received by the information reception part on the basis of the ticket information; and an information sending part transferring the information decided to be outputted by the decision part to the portable terminal.
