<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an antenna efficiency and to widen a frequency band. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 3 which holds a circuit substrate 6 has a conductor housing 11 disposed at one substrate surface side of the circuit substrate 6, and an insulating housing 12 disposed at the substrate surface side of opposite side of the circuit substrate 6 in combination. A radiating electrode 20 is formed in a configuration which turns to the circuit substrate surface side in which the conductor housing 11 is disposed from the conductor housing 11 side through an air gap 14 of the circuit substrate end side, extending around the side of the circuit substrate where the insulating housing 12 is disposed. A cutout 25 is formed on the part of the conductor housing 11 opposed to the radiating electrode 20, and an insulator is engaged within the cutout 25. Thus, as compared with the case that the cutout 25 is not provided, a capacitance between the radiating electrode 20 and a ground is reduced, the antenna efficiency is improved, and the frequency band is widened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
