<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product information supply system and its device capable of surely supplying supplies of user registration and product information by limiting only to a purchaser. <P>SOLUTION: An RFID tag 41 memorizing connection information to a server 3 and product identification information is added to a product 4. A store terminal 1 reads out the connection information, and has access to the server 3, and registers user information on the product purchaser. A user terminal 2 reads the connection information and has access to the server 3, and receives product information including handling explanation information, or performs renewal of the user information. The server 3 comprises a store DB memory section 37, a product user DB memory section 38, a product information DB memory section 36, an identification means 32 for identifying access of the store terminal 1 and the user terminal 2, an information supply means 34 for supplying product information to the user terminal 2, and a user information registration and renewal means 35 for performing initial registration of user information from the store terminal 1 and a renewal demand (rewriting of an owner or the like ) from the user terminal 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
