<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device and method for reproducing reproduction data recorded in a recording medium within a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: An audio player 1 is provided with a disk 10 in which reproduction data such as music is recorded, an IC tag 20 attached to the surface of the disk 10 to store at least TOC information of the disk 10, a reading control section 40 for reading the TOC information stored in the IC tag 20, and a data reproducing section 30 for reading/reproducing the reproduction data of the disk 10 on the basis of the TOC information read by the reading control section 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
