PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle control device capable of improving waterproofness while securing breathing property and water draining property. SOLUTION: A storage space 32 storing built-in parts is formed in a throttle body TB. A water draining hole 40 opening the storage space 32 to a mounting base side is formed in the outer wall part 37 of the storage space 32 on the mounting base side. The water draining hole 40 comprises a top side opening part 42 opening to the storage space 32, a base side opening part 46 opening to the mounting base side, and a communication part 44 communicating with the lower half one side face of the top side opening part 42 and communicating with the upper half one side face of the base side opening part 46. A vertical wall surface 46a facing the communication part 44 and positioned parallel with a vertical line is formed at the base side opening part 46, and a ceiling surface 46d positioned at an acute angleθ1 relative to the vertical wall surface 46a is formed on the mounting top side.
