PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote inspection device for a dynamic apparatus capable of securely and efficiently inspecting the dynamic apparatus installed, in a safe state, in a risky place such as an elevated place and underground, and the dynamic apparatus with the remote inspection device. SOLUTION: This remote inspection device 1 is a device for inspecting a freezing prevention apparatus 200 from the floor of a pump compartment 110. The device comprises a CCD camera 2 inspecting the vibration of a blower 220 as the dynamic apparatus, a microphone 3 detecting the noise of the blower 220, an odor sensor 4 detecting the odor of the blower 220, a fluorescent lamp 6 illuminating the inside of a casing 250, a dynamometer 7 detecting the abnormal deflection of the V-belt 223 of the blower 220, and an inspection operation panel 8 installed on the floor.
