摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent collision of a sinker with a yarn feed plate during an oblique movement of the sinker obliquely mounted to position a loop in a sinker groove of the circular knitting machine. SOLUTION: The circular knitting machine is obtained by providing a collision avoiding edge and a slope in the yarn feed plate so as to avoid the sinker moving obliquely in a sinker dial. The loop is supported in a point at a horizontal high level on the sinker moving obliquely in the sinker dial with a tilted first end face extending from one side of a throat part of the sinker by utilizing a nose part without tilting down the loop.
