The webcam holder (1) has retaining sections extending from respective ends of a bottom section of the U-form fastening yoke forming the webcam holder. The width of the retaining sections corresponds to the thickness of a display screen of a laptop. The webcam holder is fastened by the retaining sections on the side edges of the display screen. A pivot section is provided on the end of the respective retaining sections and fits in a hole (22) formed on both side walls (21) of the webcam housing (20), providing a pivotable connection between the webcam holder and webcam.
