An alarm service system and method using a mobile communication terminal are disclosed. The alarm service method includes the following steps. At the first step, alarm service information, including an alarm condition for alarm service, is set. At the second step, information, which is used to determine the alarm condition, is acquired from a corresponding external server. At the third step, whether the information acquired from the external server meets the alarm condition is determined. At the fourth step, an alarm service server notifies the mobile communication terminal of an alarm by transmitting a call to the mobile communication terminal using a calling Identification (ID) if it is determined that the information meets the alarm condition. |
