VEHICLE ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM AND ANTI-THEFT DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle anti-theft system and an anti-theft device for a vehicle capable of easily using the vehicle by a correct user even when a signal for forbidding starting of an engine which should be originally emitted at generation of theft is erroneously or accidentally transmitted to the vehicle at usual time.

SOLUTION: The vehicle anti-theft system includes a communication station for transmitting an operation forbidding signal for ordering forbidding of operation of a predetermined on-vehicle device to the vehicle in response to requirement from a vehicle user; and an on-vehicle device control device (or the anti-theft device for the vehicle) mounted on the vehicle, having communication function and forbidding operation of the predetermined on-vehicle device of the vehicle when receiving the operation forbidding signal from the communication station. The on-vehicle device control device is provided with an operator determination means whether or not the operator of the vehicle is a correct user of the vehicle; and a releasing means for enabling the predetermined on-vehicle device with forbidden operation to be operated when it is determined that the operator of the vehicle is the correct user of the vehicle by the operator determination means.
