<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition structure between a bath room and the outside of the bath room for partitioning the bath room from the next room by effectively using an installed frame. <P>SOLUTION: In the partition structure between the bath room and the outside of the bath room, the frame 13 is assembled with an upward horizontal member 13a located upward from a room floor surface 16a of the next room 4 and a vertical member 13b for supporting the upward horizontal member 13a and installed between a bathtub 11 and the next room 4 and a partition wall 6 between a bathtub installation region 2 of the bath room 1 and the next room 4 is constructed using the frame 13 so that the frame 13 faces to the bathtub installation region 2 and the next room 4. A partition wall body 14 to be connected to a ceiling 15 is installed on the upper face of the frame 13.
