<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain images of higher quality by realizing an airtight container for maintaining a vacuum atmosphere or the like while attaining high luminance and high precision of an image display device and an image forming device using a circuit board. <P>SOLUTION: A display device has an image forming member in the airtight container having the circuit board with a plurality of wiring electrodes on a board, a frame member located on the surface having the wiring electrodes, of the circuit board, and an opposed board positioned facing the circuit board through the frame member. A method of manufacturing such a display device has a process for forming wiring in an orthogonal projection region onto the circuit board of the image forming member by photolithography using photo paste, and a process for forming wiring in an arranged region of the frame member by pattern printing using paste ink for printing formed of non-photolithographic paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
