<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing, moisture-permeable composite film which can maintain its high waterproofing, moisture permeable properties although it is light in weight when applied to a clothing product such as waterproofing clothing and secure a good wearing feeling and the easiness of attachment/detachment, a composite texture using the composite film, and various products formed from the composite texture. <P>SOLUTION: The composite film has an abrasion resistant layer on one side of a flexible substrate having waterproofing properties and water vapor permeability.
